$200 | session (~50 minutes)
I dedicate a percentage of my caseload to sliding scale spots at a fee of $100, $125, or $150. I also dedicate one spot for pro-bono (free) therapy.
If you’d like to apply for sliding scale, please indicate this in your consult form and I will add you to the waitlist. I revisit the waitlist every 3 months and/or when a sliding scale/pro-bono spot opens up.
Pro-bono and sliding scale spots are currently full through December 2024.

I do not accept any insurance. I accept all major credit, debit, and HSA/FSA cards through IvyPay, a HIPAA compliant version of PayPal.
I encourage you to check with your insurance company to see whether they provide any reimbursement for out-of-network providers. I’m happy to provide you with a monthly superbill (itemized receipt of services) for you to submit to your insurance.

I’m an all-virtual therapist! I don’t currently offer in-person sessions. However, the good news is that by offering telehealth video sessions, I can work with anyone who lives in the state of Tennessee :)

Just fill out the consult form above, and I’ll reach out within two business days to schedule a phone consult!

I do my best work with individuals! While I’m very comfortable working with one member of an ENM/polyam constellation, I don’t currently offer this type of counseling and am happy to give you trusted referrals.

I wish I could give you a definitive answer! Everyone’s circumstances are unique, and the length of our sessions will honestly just depend. Sometimes I see clients for just a few months; other times I see them for years. I’m transparent & collaborative with my clients though, and always open to talking about where you’re at in the therapy process and whether it’s meeting your needs.

Once we’ve set up a time, I’ll give you a call and chat with you for about 20 minutes. I usually ask you to share a little bit about yourself (where you live, what you do for work, a little about your relationships/family, etc) and a little bit about what you’re hoping to work on in therapy.
I’ll also share with you my approach to counseling and answer any questions you have about my style. I’m pretty interactive and will likely ask you some questions to clarify what you’re looking for. If we feel like it’s a good fit, I’ll get you set up with the next steps and schedule you for a session!
Consult calls are not therapy, so I won’t provide any therapeutic advice while we’re talking.

Great question! There’s a lot of alphabet soup going on within the counseling world.
LPC-MHSP: I am fully and independently licensed in the state of Tennessee to diagnose and treat a full continuum of mental health disorders. In order to obtain this licensure, I fulfilled the following requirements: completing a 61 credit hour Masters degree in Clinical Counseling (including 700 clinical internship hours), passing 3 licensure exams, clocking 4000+ hours of post-grad experience, and participating in 150 supervision hours consulting with other licensed therapists.
NCC: I am a board-certified counselor through the National Board for Certified Counselors, meaning that I have met national standards for the practice of counseling.
EMDR trained: I’ve completed a 40 hour basic EMDR training as well as 10 consultation hours. I’m currently completing my full EMDR certification, which involves participating in ongoing consultation and advanced EMDR trainings.

I am not a medical provider or a psychologist, which means that I am not able to prescribe medications or complete psych testing. I am more than happy to collaborate with my clients on a referral for a prescribing provider or psych testing.

I see clients on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays between 9am CST - 4pm CST.
